Insurance companys give cars a rating number to determine if one type of car pays more insurance then the other. Where can I find out what the number of my car would be?
no company is gonna give that to you…then youll know how they rate you…i work for an insurance company and we are STRICTLY prohibited form revealing your cars rating system…i can tell you this…think about logically…a new 2007 BENZ is going to be more expansive than a 1982 Civic (logic)…an SUV/truck can cause more damage than a reg 4 door sedan/coupe (2 vehicles are traveling at 50 mph, one weighs 5 tons, the other weighs 12 tons, they both hit the same car/object. which one wll cause more damage?…you do the math…) so they are more not less expensive to insure…its MOSTLY based on your driving history (tickets and accidents), annual miles driven (liability exposure, more driving=more chances for an accident) driving experience and the vehicle you drive…hope this helps

I just financed a vehicle this past october. i never got a chance to get the insurance inspection done. i wanted to know what will the insurance company do in this situation. the inspection wasn’t done but they had not dropped the coverage either. I didn’t even get a notice reminding me to do the inspection or that they would drop it. they only call for payments. will i have a problem getting my car repaired or replaced?
If your coverage was in force and not canceled or suspended for any reason they have no option but to cover the claim.
The isssue is going to be was your insurance active and in effect at the time of the accident. If it was you are covered. If they claim it was not then you are going to have a legal fight on your hands.

I got a quote for my family and me for life insurance (20 years/400K each). I would like to negotiate a better rate with the broker (assuming same coverage).Can it be done, or are the rates fixed, is there room to negotiate. we did the blood work and were offered standard rates.

I am 16 years old and my parents want too buy me a Nissan 350z but the only problem is the insurance is $3,200 every 6 months. I know im yound and its a sports car but is it really suppose to be that high priced? We have checked in many big car insurance companies but they all seem too be around at the same price for full comverage. Is there any company anyone knows of that isnt at such an outrageous price? & is this normal that its so high?
It’s not that high, if you carry liability ONLY. But that means, you need to pay cash for the car.
Yes, if a 16 year old needs full coverage on a car that’s worth more than $5,000, it’s not unreasonable to expect to pay $6,000 a year for it.
If you look at the premium breakdown, the COLLISION coverage, only the collision, is more than HALF of that. Drop the collision, cut the cost in half. Or more.

I recently started a home internet based business. When I was just starting out I went without insurance for a while. Now that things are going well I would like to buy a life insurance policy.

My girlfriend will be getting a car soon, and will be buying an insurance policy. I am 25 years old and have been driving for around 8 years. Do I need to purchase a second insurance policy to be able to drive that same car?
if your not living together than you can just drive the car but if u are than you need to be put on her insurance plan
